Refund Policy

At Crax Technology, we process refunds only under specific conditions mentioned below. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Refund Conditions

1. Order Not Delivered

If a prepaid order is not delivered to the customer and the shipment is marked as RTO (Return To Origin) by the courier partner, the refund will be processed after the product is returned back to us successfully.

2. Undeliverable Shipment

If the courier company is unable to deliver the product due to operational issues, service limitations, or any other valid reason, the prepaid amount will be refunded once the shipment is returned to our facility.

3. Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged twice for the same order due to payment gateway or banking issues, the extra charged amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Cancelled Order Before Dispatch

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and approved by our support team, the prepaid amount will  be refunded to the customer.

5. Out of Stock Products

In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the order may be cancelled and the full prepaid amount will be refunded.

Refund Method

All approved refunds are processed to the customer's original payment source.

For example:

  • UPI payments will be refunded to the same UPI account
  • Bank card payments will be refunded to the same debit/credit card
  • Net banking payments will be refunded to the same bank account

We do not provide cash refunds.

Refund Processing Time

After the refund is approved and processed from our side, it may take approximately 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account or original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product ordered by customer
  • Compatibility issues not confirmed before purchase
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Burnt, water damaged, or tampered products
  • Delay caused by courier partner due to unavoidable circumstances
