Replacement Policy
We usually provide replacement only service for eligible products.
We do not accept returns for refund once the product has been delivered successfully, except in cases specifically approved by our support team.
Eligible customers can request a replacement within 7 days from the delivery date.
Eligible Conditions For Replacement
A replacement request may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is dead or non-functional
- Wrong product received
- Product damaged during transit
- Item missing from the package
- Product received is significantly different from the ordered item
- Genuine technical issue verified by our support team
Replacement Process
To request a replacement, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order ID
- Proper unboxing video
- Product images
- Issue explanation
Our team may request additional testing details if required.
Once the issue is verified and approved, replacement processing will begin.
Logistics & Shipping Charges
For approved replacement cases, all replacement logistics costs are covered by Crax Technology.
Customers are not required to pay additional shipping charges for approved replacements.
Important Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:
- Physical damage
- Missing products
- Wrong item received
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show package condition and shipping label
- Show the complete unpacking process without cuts or edits
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Replacement Situations
Replacement requests may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Burnt or water damaged products
- Improper installation or mishandling
- Tampered or repaired products
- Compatibility issues not confirmed before purchase
- Minor scratches or cosmetic wear in refurbished products
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- Missing serial number or warranty stickers
- Damage caused by power fluctuation or short circuit
Product Testing & Installation
Most products sold by Crax Technology are replacement laptop parts and electronic components.
Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.
Improper installation may void replacement eligibility.
Replacement Approval
Replacement approval is subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.
Crax Technology reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the product does not meet policy conditions.
