All purchases are subject to our Replacement Policy, under which no returns or exchanges are allowed, except replacement for transit damage under specified conditions.

All payments must be completed through approved payment methods available on the website. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from transactions with Crax Technology.
